★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible ! One of their buses rammed into my car. The company has refused to accept blame and on continuous follow up for third party insurance, they have still not given it. The bus has employees of Nabard. A shout out to Nabard for assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a cab at 1845 hrs from Mumbai airport T2 to go to Pune. Had to wait for 1 hour 15 minute for the cab.
Worst service I have experienced ever. No one at the counter was giving proper answer.
Will never take their service again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are pathetic, despite of double check they confirmed car availability & when we were down at P4 - we were forced to wait for long time since they were not having car, on top of that their behaviour. These guys charge premium but service level is worst. These guys should be kick out of International Airport as this kind of bad service provider give wrong indication to tourists coming from out of India. Beware of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give less than one or zero. Had a very bad experience with this cab service. While booking cab the assistant two people said that cab is already there in parking you just have to go down and one person came with us for luggage. When we went in parking there was no one available and the guy who came with use was also not from shree sai team and every time we were told that just wait for 2 minutes. V waited for cab for around one and half hour then also there was no cab. Then they said cab is somewhere else and they took through different cab to reach where that cab available. And till that time nobody from shree sai bother to check whether we got the cab. And when we had a big fight then only cab arrived. We have asked the lady sitting in office of shree sai to provide me number of customer service but she not even giving me number name or email ID. Since 12th April to till now I haven't received any reply. Pathetic horrible service. All the numbers mentioned on their receipt are not working it is a bogus travel service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a mistake by not checking the reviews beforehand. They charge extra, ask you to pay toll and don't inform that you have to do it. Will never trust such prepaid cabs anytime. I wish google had facility for negative rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid to book cab from here. Simply use Ola / Uber. They don't care about you once you made the payment. Also, there customer care number is not working. Worst service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivers lie and overcharge. Don't trust them at all. This company runs a desk at the airport. Asked for English speaking drive. Fail. Drive took wrong route. Fail. Drive over charged. Fail. No support at the desk when I complained. Fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cab was agreed for 3000 for Pune all inclusive including toll, but outside 2 to 3 km from airport they increased the fare by 500, as I was traveling with my family, I had no choice but to agree. Even driver was continuously on phone call throughout the ride, including expressway.
I would not recommend to use this pre paid service.
