★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent gym with updated and latest amenities. A well acquainted staff with proper and fine knowledge of exercises, equipments and body type of each person they train. I took personal training under Siddhesh sir who has made my fitness journey so composed and I lost 20kg weight.Was provided with real healthy and personalized diet charts during my sessions and till date. U eat as well as reduce. That's the perfect combination which gen next looks for . More than loosing weight I feel more fit and energetic. A lovely and cooperative trainers team which really work hard on us and a very positive and motivating environment.

They focus on overall health of a person and not just loosing few pounds. One of the best gym in borivali.Aim is to be fit and not slim. Would recommend personal training ?
