Also they took care of small things like they were bringing coffee , tea & water every half an hour for the customers waiting in lobby. Buying a vehicle from Maruti was a wonderful experience and Servicing at Maruti was also a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All frauds, I did my repair done here. The suspension work was done, took 20k and promised that it will work fine. Worked fine for 15 days, post that, it became worst. They Sent the mechanic, who admitted that there is some issue on the left side. Promised that it would be repaired never did it. Again sent a mechanic later, even he promised, nothing was done. It's almost four months now, no one has replied after taking the money from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most importantly and above all they have taken at most care and precautions and have put up so many guidelines for safety against the spread of coronavirus must appreciate the efforts and the dedication of all the service personnel who religiously keep a constant what on entire staff and even the customers and keep on requesting to mask up and to maintain distance and so on .
What I was taken with really was the the step taken beyond expectation and imagination and that is that there is not a single tap in a service which has door knob on the top of the tab to open it or to close it and instead there is a foot operated tap under each and every basin and sink.
Each and every table where their service people set to attend customer each and every table has a sanitizer dispenser always available and when I entered as a head in early morning appointment I saw their admin and housekeeping team for topping up each and every bottle and they sanitizer each and every car that enter the workshop
Amazing team, amazing coordination, courteous staff, clean neat and timely delivery of my car. Good guidance to customers for Pocket friendly maintenance cost protect and extended warranty and for the right insurance policy, insurance claim issue during my accidental repairs was also very well managed. Absolutely hassle free Service with proper updating to me. I had no need to call them even once. Smooth process flow. Drivers also well behaved n decent driving. Overall overwhelmed.
I don't know what to say Sai service a day very well spent and apart from getting my car serviced I got to see and learn so many other new innovations and I never knew that an automobile repair workshop can think and act towards the service to humanity , sai service is beyond mere automobile service.
