★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only know to increase the bill amount. I had complained about my bike going to the left after leaving the handle at the speeds above 40km/hr which is not good. Their workers were not able to detect the mere cone set issue in my new bike(clocked less the 1000km). Instead, they gave me reason that bike goes to the left because roads are slightly slanted towards the left. had it replaced in the local garage. Don't by service ur bike here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgraceful service center
As a college student my father had bought me a Pulsar 150 (1st model) and you can imagine the excitement and not knowing much about the bike internals and maintenances etc.
My perfectly fine bike after service had it's handle loose (where it holds the frame) and was making a click movement everytime I put brakes.
The problem was never resolved and my bike never regained the same sanity. Not understanding it I continued servicing there till my free services ran out.
During the service the problems were "sown" while in service so they slap a huge bill in the next. God knows why I continued going there.
After many years having not done any major work anywhere, my gear shift broke and was stuck on the first gear. Having visited a local mechanic he replaced it and showed me the broken part which was welded.
All in all, all the childhood experience of my "dream bike" were systematically ruined by these (I dont have words for them).
My bike would have lasted londer had I not done that first service. God knows what else they had done to my beloved pulsar of my life.
After so many years I am writing this so everyone is well aware and dont have their dreams shattered. All that rage that lies within and the sheer helplessness.
If you happen to go there and they say - Oh that was old management and all were fired - bollocks, I dont want to give them slightest benefit of doubt.
Please dont fall for these crooks and if you have bought Bajaj, go to some service center which has multiple good reviews.
If you are young and want to save yourself from the lifelong scars of someone so systematically ruining your possessions that you so dearly love- DONT GO TO THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1st service with sai services at Borivali and had terrible experience.
1. Some tab for repair work opened near boot space and it was lying outside.
2. Tool kit opened not sure why and it was lying near seat. ( why did they removed) no clue.
3. Paper floor mat was lying on back seat.
4. Car wash was pathetic, dont see any polish on dashboard
Unprofessional service by sai services, local garage is better then visiting this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service center. No value of customer’s time. You need to approach evrytime to the help desk analyst to get the servicing status of your vehicle. Not so friendly and educated supervisors and technicians. The reported issue remains same even after notifying before servicing. Highly not recommend In-case if you have new vehicle and looking for servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Original spares available and knowledgeable staff and service. You can be assured service is done well. Little expensive and too much waiting time for small tasks as they always have a long waiting queue of cars. Better off purchasing original spares from here and getting minor work done outside if we needed minor work done fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authorised Maruti Service Center, however unable to fix issue even after keeping car for a week. Charged me for fuses, electric fixtures and labour but problem remains same, not even called to confirm before replacing consumables. Their entire pitch was around getting car scratches and dents removed by claiming insurance, also suggested to opt for car service without understanding my requirement. Unfortunately these service center are focusing more on profits rather customer service and satisfaction.
