★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst customer service. They have no sense of how to talk with customers. Very cheap workers. First they say all the servicing work of scooty is done. And when I purchased, next day the scooty started giving work so I took the scooty to service centre and the mechanic said that the servicing of scooty is not done from last 7/8 months. Even Meter was not working. When I inform this to MM Bike Point the replied that "we will not do anything, now this is yours problem". Such horrible fellows they are. Gives fake commitments and poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shop to buy any type of motorcycle, these people are so arrogant, they have absolutely no manners to talk to customers and, on the occasion of Diwali I wanted to purchase a second hand Scooty went to these guys there were couple of scooties so I shortlisted three, for inspection purpose I asked for the trial they denied saying you decide the Scooty which one you want to buy we will only give trial for that, I understand they did not wanted to waste there petrol i even offered them to pay for petrol they still refused. So I finally decided one Scooty decided the price as well when I took a test ride before giving token for the same Scooty the Scooty had multiple work i asked them to do the work and give me the Scooty and they refused they said we don't do any work so I asked for reducing the price once I bring my mechanic and his inspection report the owner got so angry for no reason and started insulting i got good lesson I saved my money from fraudsters like these. The owner was accusing me for wasting his time. He wanted me to just buy the Scooty without looking at it and without even checking if it's working properly I would have given negative stars if I could. In such big competition atleast you can do is have a decent conversation at least on good occasion. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING for from these people there are couple of showroom who have manners and they can guide you. You can try R M motors tho I purchased new Scooty from them since they were so polite. And had better manners than these people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Honda Actuva from MM Bike in Feb 2022 and Overall experience was really good. I would say very quick and best price given for old bike one shot rather than other dealers simply bargaining, New bike was handed over to me in merely 2 hours.Thats amazing!. Paper work for new bike was again very fast. Lastly most Important old bike was taken with ownership that transfer will happen on sale and shared the document as well. I would definitely recommend these guys for prompt and best service with being transparent at the same time.
