People at the Lab dont know how to Talk to customers once u pay the money they act like they are doing you a Favour by doing the test.. If you dont need the business shut down your shop
When i asked for my report they are telling me we dont disclose the report to the patient to which I asked if not to the they patient then whom do u disclose it to.. outsiders..?
Utter lack of professionalism.. DO NOT GO FOR THIS LAB

I dint ask fot your consultation.. I asked for my report or the results of my report which is exactly what I paid you for.
Consultation is what I went to the doctor for. testing is what I came to you for so dont mislead others. Instead of accepting your mistake you still wanna pass the blame onto others...

Careless staff, take full payment along with blood sample and at the time of report collection give half prints of reports, then again have to visit there to collect all report, so basically they are doing fraud with people by taking full money and giving half report, if doctor haven't told these are incomplete reports we wouldn't recognised this fraud only, not gonna visit again.
Sir, for your kind information gujrati mandal had mailed all the reports at your lab, but your staff didn't printed all
To be very honest i am not sure that this is done by your staff or both the labs are having some monopoly for this
And let me clear one thing I got something 20-30% of concession rest I paid all in 1 shot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience over the past 2 decades, with different family members. Always prompt to send person for home collection of blood or urine sample, in case of senior citizen or if the person is very ill and cannot go to lab. Reports are sent electronically on same day and print out can be collected from Lab as well. Google pay, PayTM, UTI etc payment modes are accepted and entire process is smooth and hassle-free. Thank you.
