★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suitable for people who are there to explore the city, the caretaker and the owner are helping people. It's quite close to famous Tito's Lane and Baga Beach, also there is supermarket within 50 mt range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supermarket is right next to this house. Landlady and his son is really helpful and nice to talk to. Fully furnished, you will get almost everything you need for your stay. Very close to Baga beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything except the Power situation is good. The property is at a walkable distance from the Baga beach and the apartment has a kitchen which helped us a lot during our two weeks stay. Groceries are available in the apartment building itself. All the other shops are also at walkable distance. You can get the rental bikes or car right outside.
The one and only pain point is the power cuts, we faced lot of power cuts, anywhere between 30mins to half a day power cuts are possible, there wasn't a single day without power cuts,. please note that this isn't related to the property, this is the situation of the entire Baga area. Right now I'm posting this review in the middle of a power cut at 9pm There's no inverter etc , only candles are provided and your mobile flash light. Once you open the balcony the mosquitos will enter and eat you out, so mosquito repellent cream is an absolute must.
Wilbert will compensate for the power cuts but that'll not save your experience from ruining. It was annoying to stay without power in the evenings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's near to beach , calm and peaceful , neatness is ok. You have all basic requirements like Liquor shop , supermarket within the premises .. it's a good stay for a group of 2 or 3.. obviously I'll choose the same place next time.
