★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place with an owner who humiliate u with personal questions lik “what is your alkohol consumption” and “how long have u known your friend.. u know Indians can not be trusted. U need cash since the owner wants advanced payment and u are told that u have to buy your own soap and toilet paper if u use mor than the one u get when u come.
If u want some kind of privacy and want to avoid being humiliated I strongly advice chose another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best on the Baga beach side stretch for staying or hiring a scooty, ask for Rupesh here....one of the oldest helps. Located bang opposite Baga beach with good rooms.. AC or non AC...with pool and other services available. Avoid parking four wheelers on the beach opposite to this property as the sand is too soft to let your car out when stuck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a bike through them. They are a bunch of the most unprofessional and ignorant type of bike rentals. The bikes were in terrible condition and they were shamelessly looting the customers on the same. Arrogant dealers who think that they could cheat customers and get away with it because the demand in Goa would be high anyway. I would recommend not to take any service through them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor, it's not a hotel its a poor then dharamsala, no drinking water , no soap, alternate day towel, torn bedsheets and pillow cover, no hot bathing water. Sogi sandwich and worst tea.
And rude owner.
But near to beach is only good thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budget hotel with a 2min walk to the beach. Service horrible, they don't even provide water and the staff is also rude. Rooms not so clean, blanket had holes, bed was uncomfortable and taps were leaking all the time. AC was powerful which was another positive reason to stay there apart from the location.
On the checkout day, we requested Laxman to keep our bags at the desk and give us a changing room in the evening before we catch a bus, but he gave us such a stinky toilet whose commode was unflushed a the flush wasn't even working, basin was unclean and tap not working, horrible. We literally preferred to change behind a car. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all there are no people alone to do stock room service. They are adjusting by keeping only one. In our experience we do not get adequate room service here. Similarly maybe even tea is not available to us properly. We have to call them more than 10 times to have tea when we wake up in the morning. Then sometimes they will not bring. Everything here except our living room is a penny! The pleasent nature they have when we check-in the room, they will walk hard from 10am on the day of the check-out. Will speak very loudly. While we were staying in the middle, they kept sending at least 10 people to show us the room. Very very bad experience!
