Was in need of a laptop and specifically mentioned I prefered an unboxed piece. Called prior to visiting the store and was promised the product was available. Got to the store, was made to made for close to two hours and finally the salesperson arrives with the laptop which was a display piece. Tries to convince me that it was unboxed piece.

One of the oldest shops for home appliances as I would know. Not really sure if its any good right now. It seems to be well lit all the time, but I hardly see people in there. I'd suggest using it to find out about prices but not buying anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been to Girias to buy a washing machine on Aug 9th and brought godrej Eon allure machine, while purchasing sales person said it has inbuilt heater however once the machine is delivered there was no heater later we request to replace the same with IFB machine they took almost a weeks time to replace and i got IFB machine delivered yesterday which was defected and while delivering the box seal was open when I checked with delivery person he said IFB will not put any seal they will send products without seal. So suggest everyone not to go with Girias they do scam and cheat customer however if you are still preferring to shop with them be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a person with not much knowledge related to computers, I went in to Girias to purchase a laptop, and was very much delighted to recieve such good service. Ibrahim, one of the Girias staff, was super helpful. He not just explained the technical details, but also showed us a comparison between two laptops and helped us choose the better of the two.
His service just didn't end there, he took the time and effort to get us logged into the system, put up an anti-virus and got the laptop completely set for us.
I must applaud the team of Girias for having such wonderful and diligent staff. Great service and would recommend others also to visit the store for any electronic purchase
