★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour of giridhar. I had hired him for yoga classes but instead got forced to operate as per his marketing strategies and tactics. He completely stopped taking personal classes at home until we refer some people to them. No communication as well received before stopping classes after taking fee in advance from me. I would call him a fraud as per my. experiences.

I strongly recommend his training for everyone of any age or gender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both Girdhar sir and Damini mam are really very good instructor , I had severe knee pain they have helped me to reduce it .They did few days stretching and then yoga . Although I could not continue with them for long because of official commitments but highly recommend them for all.

I personally have made a lot of improvement both with physical and mental health. Very punctual and flexible in accommodating the class schedule. I would definitely recommend him for my friends who would be interested in joining yoga.
