★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrangements by Girikand were excellent. Very supportive and knowledgeable staff. Giving four stars only because of Hotel Empires at Puri. There toilets need an urgent makeover. Worst part is check out time is not displayed anywhere. On the earlier day, we saw them asking the guests to vacate at 9.00 am. and their reception persons were talking very roughly. In our case we were asked to vacate at 8.00 am. No complaints against Girikand.

Our tour was planned to all historical location of Rajasthan we loved it ?? our tour manager Mr chinmay Gadepatil was inteligent & smart he entertained the whole group we enjoyed and we will plan again

on 31 march 2022 got a mail from Rohit Kadam (Girikand Staff Pune) on my request for 2months 45 seater bus contract. He mentioned the quotation of 16,500/- (in mail) per day and finalise the same in 16,000/- (over call as on 3rd march) and i asked him to block the bus till my confirmation, on same day after conforming from client i placed the order to girikand and asked for Term & Conditions list on my douths. He tooked 2days saying that he will send in some time. Due to my need i kept a regular followup on which he started avoiding calls.
Later after 2 days he picked up the call and tooked Amit on conference where they asked me to wait cos “girikand hire buses from market and the bus owner is different he has asked for higher quotation n they quoted me 18,500/- for same bus.
Any how i tried to reach the higher authority Mahesh and like Rohit and Amit he too faked the things, he asked me to opt for 35 seater and today is 13th April 2022 n m still getting the quotation.
Resulting i loosed the contract from my client coz fo this fake management staff
Girikand was a brand for me, as was in good books. A note to company, pls re examine your staff. Girikand should pay attention to this case cos your staff is creating a negativity in your client base and disturbing your (girikand) brand value in market.
Owner should note, cos of your staff failure i loosed my income.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our IIIrd tour of Gujarat with Girikand.Very good service provided by Girikand.All hotels were excellent and even the BLD was also nice; except onetime Lunch in Vadodara.
Our tour manager Mr.Parth Agrawal,eventhough he has less experience of only 3yrs but he managed the tour very well. As per Itenary he covered all points within the time .We always prefere gr.tour only with Girikand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked my first tour for honeymoon through Girikand Travels 38 years ago. Since then I am availing their various services - package tours, conducted tours, passport, visa, air tickets, etc.
Overall experience had been good. But you know, previous generation of Girikand owners have retired. Though, they did not have internet and all their rapport with clients was excellent. Service is good, but now empathy lacks - or it may not be required now. Anyways, I also have become old ;-)

It is very good experience to travel with Girikand.
Very professionally managed trip. Excellent Hotels , very tasty foods , wonderful site locations. Smooth traveling arrangments ,Prompt pick up and drop facilities.
But most important that regarding their Tour managers. Mr Shridev and Chinmay are our tour leaders.both are very care taking persons. Create good atmosphere in over all trip to become a feel like family trip. Very enjoyable and friendly nature.
Definitely we wish to join again with Girikand in future for new trips
