★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I colored my hair but after 15 days it's gone and my hairfall is increased day by day nd hair was so dry....i told mr.naushad bcoz he is experienced staff he told me that i can do keratin..i agree all these things he done my gk keratin bur after 7 days i Didn't find any change of my hair..it's going worst quality Nd waste of money..now I want owner's contact no..else refund my money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost experience.i took smoothning couldn't stay 1 month. Smoothning was 3000 but they made 6000 because of NRI.they didn't inform what they are using on my hairs.completely lootere.n it happened many times.when i tried to complained they blocked me n didn't response.

My wife done hair state therapy from this salon, bt after that hair r so Dry or damage, i think they r useimg duplicate products , because v last time do this treatment from other salon the result was awesome, 10/-1 point

Before service deepika the owner was a diffrent person and after service she changed her attitude was completely changed. They don't even deserve a single star. One should sue them.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst beauty salon. I waited around 2hours for availing services.
I handed over the coupon code beforehand but they didn't checked it at that time. And after availing services they charged me whole amount despite of having coupon.
Henceforth, had to pay twice the amount and no one is taking accountability. They assured me to look into the matter and will refund the amount but didn't do it and customer care is highly unprofessional.

And I was denied the service on reaching there on time with the reason that no staff is available for the same. I had a meeting for which I needed to get ready and it all spoiled my plan. Their head office and this branch are blaming each other, that's it. Disgusting service. Never gonna visit their again.

Never visit guys they are the cheaters as I visited at their Janakpuri salon for hair coloring I booked an appointment over call to pay 3000 RS but when I gone their after doing my shampoo they told me I have to pay 4000 RS .After that they started coloring my hair the dresser was so unexperienced he colored all my hair in pink color it was looking so bad on me I had told him for brown color after having so much argument he again colored my hair but then again I didn't get the same color .After having this worst experience I called their head office but they told me they can't help me for this.
So guys if u want waste your harder earn money just go otherwise never visit their they will just waste your money and will give u nothing
