★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makes you wait for at least 45 minutes even if you have prior appointment. Appointments are just formality. Even after prior appointment, you are made to wait which is a clear wastage of time. Just for a 20 minutes of service you have to wait for 45 minutes, so unprofessional ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly there are better salons in and around Ashok vihar to explore. The staff is not very soft spoken and had the worst experience with the services. There are far better salons with similar prices but with better environment, cleanliness, services and staff members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Even horrible receptionists who loves trash talking to customers and showing them down. Manicure is literally equal to washing hands in a sink. Definitely don't deserve to be in service industry. Terrible staff who loves to slack and be rude to everyone.
