1 star rating is also too much for them.
I went there to get my arms waxed. Firstly, they treat their customers very poorly, they totally burned my underarms, I could not even put my hands down with so much of burn. When I complained the burning sensation to the staff she told me that it's totally normal.
After 3 days when the sensation didn't stopped and my skin stared ripping off I went to the salon again it was proper red burnt marks. When I showed them the lady on the front desk started making faces and acting as if this was normal. The lady herself thinks she is so perfect, maintaining her attitude she did not attended me properly.
And at the last I ended in the doctor's chair to get my burned underarms treated.

There are 2 ladies (who guides everyone there) both of them are of same attitude, they treat you as if you're so dirty or u are burden to them. Even while check your hair texture for any advice or service they will touch your hair as if you're some kind of trash.
Also, they will tell you different prices before the service and when you're done they will show you totally different bill..
