★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This people misguided me and charged heavily for very ordinary service. I know them since I was in 10th standard. Did my thread in ng for the first time from Shyama Tai, did bridal makeup which my husband and in-laws didn't like at all. So with trust I went to the parlour for treating my smoothening or keratin. Pranoti suggest keratin, as I trusted them blindly I said yes but my hair didn't change at all. Plus the lady who attended me didn't put hair serum, didn't tell about post keratin care, didn't show me the products and denied to do anything extra, refused saying we don't set the hair after keratin wash. They charged bomb for such pathetic service, it felt like I literally put fire in my Rs. 4000/- for ridiculous treatment from them, HIHGHLY DISAPPOINTED ☹️
