★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They delivered old and used chimney. Dealer argues that it's new and it will have scratches as it is delivered from Faridabad. God knows how scratches went inside closed package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using Glen Hob and Hood since about an year now. It has nice producs but service is a bit slow...... It takes few days for the service guy to reach for help. The chimney ordered about an year back and seldomly used developed the noise and it stopped working. The motor took 20 days to be replaced, which should have happened quicker. And Glen should start with calling customers on preventive maintenance basis so that the customers stay loyal to the brand, else the competition is gonna take their customers off and till they realize this, it would be quite late.
