First the cab is with no / useless seatbelts. Driver is over phone on the whole trip and pulls on fights on road. At the end of trip the cab trip meter shows 175kms more than the actual kms by gprs tracking in #googlemaps. when we called for customer support they say “ we have nothing to do with that , you have to deal with the cab driver / owner and have to pay the whole amount “. And the cab owners were so rude and didn’t even listen. At the end we had to pay the whole amount in cash with no trip sheet / bills. After when i gave the reviews and complete details in mail with gprs screen shots, customers care calls and says we will initiate refund for 50kms out of 175kms which was charged extra and we will check with the service provider about the other issues ?
