★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much unprofessional. After enquiring 2 times for the health check up. I came to hospital at 8 AM but no one was present at hospital and they were waiting for receptionist to come and start the health check up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 19th Nov 2020 we had an appointment for 12 p.m. with Dr.Venkataraman - One of the bestest Neurosurgeon- where we met him around 3:00 p.m. Here I would like to mention some issues which can be handled wisely.
1. When the hospital staff know that the Doctor is in O.T and it will take time to meet the patients then they can inform to those patients who are waiting from 10 am. Even everyone is having their own problem.
2.After a long time wait when we meet the Doctor they can spend little more time to patients who need some brief explanations. I am not asking hours to discuss just some more minutes.We all know that they are very busy but then too we need them badly.
For Doctors we are patients.
But for us they are Gods.
Please give us the strength to face our issue with more confidence. Our problem may be very small to you but once explained we wont trouble you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Hospital i have ever known, Hospital is Gleneagles, however doctors are from Brains hospital.
i have admitted in hospital here are the problems i faced
1. Water was not coming in bathroom, i had to ask in the midnight
2. if you want to see blank screen, you can switch on TV as there is no dish provided
3. Nurses even forget to give tablets in time to patient
4. No canteen, it's pre-ordered same food for everyone.
5. Dietitian comes and goes for a sec asking all good, you can see Diet consultation charges in your discharge summary
6. In final bill they add items which were not used or given to the patient.
7. They don't care if your disease is cured or not, they are good to make money
8. They are running a SCAM, if you have insurance. They do several tests which are not required at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom was admitted in the BMT ward of the hospital and hospital is good in caring there patients throughout the treatment, You can consult the best doctors and Surgeons here. Sisters are polite, very co-operative and responds quickly. And I really appreciate the cleanliness they maintain in all the areas. Thanks for providing best experience
