★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is under renovation (which is also suspended) and It is a construction site and is no place where patients are to be treated.
it used to be a luxury hospital two decades ago but the only thing luxury is the pricing. Please do see the state of a private room at this hospital in the pictures attached.
I wish I could send you picture of the ICU area - shocking!!!

Beware , it's under renovation stage.
Since it was emergency and hospital close by to our hm was this hospital.
Hospital is under renovation and quality of service was pathetic.
My mother got admitted midnight due to medicine allergy , there was a duty dr who didn't diagnos the problem properly and said it was due to food poison where has she is eating home food due to old age 60+ . He just gave saline.
When we said saline given to her is making her hand swollen sister didn't bother. After scolding the sister she stopped saline. Still the specialist Dr didn't arrive. It was more than 24 hr no dr cared to visit till then. The main specialist Dr arrived in the night to diagnose but he didn't even bother to check my mother health instead spoke to sister and left.
I was shocked to see the behaviour of the Dr n the management. Also rooms are in pathetic conditions. Check out the picture for your self

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had admitted my mother in law for her utress removal and we had a overall good experience. The nurses here did their best to make her feel home. And they were always there around when she needed them. A special thanks to all the sisters, namely, Sr.Poornima, Sr.Jothi, Sr.Momi, Sr.Rakili and Sr.Ashna. Thank you for all your heart warming support nd utmost care!! Keep up the good work and give your best to your patients to cure them from within. God bless you sisters!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unplanned & zero time management skills. Inspite of being asked for a appointment was called immediately and made to wait for almost 3 hours to consult with the doctor and repeatedly told next turn is soon. Zero clarity on how to manage the calendar and waste people's time.

Pathetic hospital to the core.
Doctors came at 9 pm to inspect to a patient who was admitted to MICU at 12 noon..
Freaking 9 hours later.. Unbelievable..
The next day the said doctor will reach in 30 minutes at 7 am and then they kept crashing the time mote and mote and finally doctor came at 8pm in the night.. Are they serious..
Those is the state of doctors visitation.
Coming to nurses and attenders... We requested themto get a blanket and spit boul early morning for the patient. And we got blanket in the night after 10pm and the boul came after 2 days.
That's how pathetic these ppl here are. They aren't human.. Have no decency.
If you love your loved ones never come here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is not good, they dont have team of specialists at the hospital. If you want to get your heart operation done, never ever get it done here, because post heart operation or during if any heart complication happens they dont have team or specilists to handle those. Heart Surgeon Mr. Diwakar will say "Am sorry, am not specialist in this and he will indirectly try to avoid his responsibility. I had very bad experience with them, where i carry life time pain of being getting my relative operated here. Request others to think to multiple times before coming here, if possible go to other hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This actually is one of the good hospitals at Namma Bengaluru. The costing is not too much as compared to the competition. All the doctors are well experienced. The nursing care is one amongst the best around. I've been admitted here in 2020, my father was admitted twice in the past one year. Always the treatment has been really good and there is nothing to complain as well. The hospital has even got a new face following the extensive renovation which is ongoing in certain sections. There is ample car parking in front of the hospital as well as in the basement of the adjacent building.

I know what they experience they'll put.
But for me the hospital is good.
Pros:-
I came here for my mother headache treatement because the headache was not going where ever we shown to the different hospitals. But it won't get reduced.(sometimes she cry like a child for the pain) then
My friend suggested me this hospital so I came with my mom Dr.Huliraj is one of the best doctor he talks with u in ur language and talk to the patient with calm.
Then he suggested tablets for 1 month or 2 month. Like a course.
This is the 6th month I visited 3 times here now the headache is not their for my mother.
Thanks to the Dr.Huliraj
The biller who gives u the bill and fix the appointments,he's so fast liked his work.
Good guy.
Cons :- The pharmacy guys are very lazy.
Network won't connect in the basement.
Parking is not available.
For cars.
Receptionist won't answer u properly.
As I saw the hospital is getting constructing.
But they should renew the old building itself. Their is no signage boards ? where to go for pharmacy or blood test and all.
Main reception is only in bad condition.
