★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are being too generous when we give one star here because there is no provision for giving 1/4 or 1/10 star.
When a UPI payment at this store for a huge amount failed, we raised complaints with SBI, ICICI bank (the banks involved in the transaction) and RBI.
Even after we got the details from RBI where this payment had been siphoned off, the shop management still refuses to cooperate about who that unknown account belongs to.
We are left with no choice but to involve the finance ministry and PMO through twitter and email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unskilled staff. I made the payment of a significant amount by paytm UPI and the amount Rs 3698 gets deducted from my account. But the manager is not willing to either give me a bill or give me the product saying that the amount has not been received and paytm does not work at their shop. I am leaving this review here in the hopes that this issue is resolved. I have approached the customer care at both paytm and SBI along with ICICI, but they are simply sending me from pillar to post bcos it is my money at stake, right?
