★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service center. Tried calling like 100 times and never got a proper response. Receptionist promised to check back inventory and call me back but it never happened rather they stopped picking my calls.
Sony India should revoke the status of service partner from them and find some another efficient franchise to handle the support operations.
Going to post this on all social media handles of Sony

2 Knowledgeable person's at your service
3 Problem Solving
4 Easy and timely service
5 Water dispenser (as many SC don't have)
6 Zero wastage of time
7 Understanding and cooperation with customer.
8 Hassle free exchange of defective products
9 Always have stock of most of the Items

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My name is Moshin Khan.... I have visited to Sony service centre “GLOBAL SERVICES” (Jaipur) because my headphone isn’t working... My product is in warranty and the service provider took my headphone for repairing... but there were so many issues in my headphone so they have decided to replace it in my warranty free of cost... So happy with their service and such a quick respond... within a week they provided me brand new headphone with box pack.??
Cheers to the employs and Mr.Mukesh and Anil ji to help me out.
I would suggest everyone to visit to this place and to choose Sony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi my name is Aditya Sharma.... Recently my Sony xb12 stopped working.I went to service center even after knowing my warranty period is over by almost 12 day..
They responded professionally and looked into this matter..
After a while I received a call from service centre that my xb12 will be replaced by new ones..

They had replaced my tv motherboard with new one despite knowing that my old motherboard is working fine.
I get to knew when i checked my previous motherboard with tv and its working fine.
