★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service center. Tried calling like 100 times and never got a proper response. Receptionist promised to check back inventory and call me back but it never happened rather they stopped picking my calls.
Sony India should revoke the status of service partner from them and find some another efficient franchise to handle the support operations.
Going to post this on all social media handles of Sony

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who sits in counter 3 has no idea about her work. I had a defective earphone which needed repairing. She asked me the for the bill. I showed her the Amazon order details and she denied it, saying you need to open it in your email ID. Which I didn't have. Later I somehow managed to get it. But on arriving I realised the Amazon account was sufficient when a senior member attended me. A lot of time and energy wasted for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited experience, limited review. I had visited this center to get my camera lens serviced ( mould in front elements) after calling them on phone. I was bit disappointed on reaching as they said, it needs replacement and will be sent to Delhi center. After waiting for approx 30 min, I couldn't get an estimate. Staff has promised to call me update. Let's see.. Google map takes you to correct location. No parking space, so use roadside to park your vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Sony home theatre was not showing on/off display. I sent my office boy to this center on 17/11/2020. After 15 minutes, it has been replied that mother board of the equipment required to be changed with cost of Rs.13,000/-. Since the estimate given was very high, I called back my boy. After his return, I again checked the equipment and surprised to note that it was working well without replacement of mother Board. It clearly appears that working in this service center are not genuine and even we can term as fraudulent . Whether, senior persons of this service center will look into ?

Replaced my earphones without any doubt and problem.
They don't have the same color(blue) so she recommended and suggested me to go with the other color(black).
Nice earphones replaced within 10 minutes
