Found them helpful and Reasonably Polite too.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus departure time from my point was 8 but it depart on 9.15 and arriving time was 10.30 but it arrived on 1.00 pm. They didn't followed the exact time as provided and that's I was late for my office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a call from staff that bus is coming early so come 15 min before time which I did. The bus came late by 1 hr. When I called them the staff language was pathetic. He was talking like he is dictator. The curtains and bed sheet was not washed.
Also I had book it from Pune to Shegaon , they have offloaded the passangers (my in-laws) in Khamgaon which is 15 km from shegaon. Can you imagine to drop elderly couple 15 km away from the station.
It is pathetic bus service company. Pl do not use it.

Bus driver is bargaining with roadside passangers to go to another next steps like auto....They don't bother about brand name if the bus travels..For the sake of intermediate money around 3000 these driver and conductor bustards are giving trouble to entire
Passengers. They are allowing people to sleep on floor like unreserved trains and there are allowing boeken to sit in driver cabin..They are loading some goods on roadside,again bargaining with them.....
The bis travels owner will spend lot of money to establish this travel, but because of these bloody driver bustards it's loosing hope in passangers....I will definitely sure the people who travel once in this travel they don't travel again with this travel.....Please try to keep some good service like HKB travels....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic bus service I have ever seen. You guys should be ashamed of calling it 'service' as it is more of a 'disservice'. If you guys take the feedback seriously, I want to enlighten you about the 'customer experience' that I had.
1. Your bus drivers are dirty, unhygienic and think as if this is a ST bus. They were accomodating people on empty seats,which is acceptable for once, but these bastards were accomodating people even in driver cabin and bus floor. Yes, the bus floor!
2. Drivers were constantly creating hassle. They were loudly fighting, yelling and abusing each other.
3. They were stopping bus anywhere, without any reason, for any period of time. There are no rules for stops, I guess. They were also stopping to fill the empty seats like an autowala, which is not okay, as it delayed the journey. Yes, they allowed people who wanted to go to next village.
4. One of your drivera was on cigarettes while driving a bus. I even have his photograph. I am going to file a complaint in consumer court.
5. Talking about bus, the bus I was traveling in was the most dirty, disgusting and untidy bus. I was continuously wishing for end of the journey. Bed sheets were not washed, cushion was a joke. AC was off most of the time, leaving me in sweats in this gruelling summer.
6. As a new customer, I was looking for a good experience, but This was my worst ever bus experience. Even Zero rating would be too much for you. I will never travel with Global Travels again, and will also ask people in my contact not to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus service. I have booked ticket for AC bus but AC was not working. Global bus even don't deserve 1 star. Bus driver is bargaining with roadside passengers to go to another next steps like auto and because of this bus driver were troubling another passengers of the bus. They were allowing roadside passengers to sleep on floor. I wont travel with this bus again. Worst experience ever. Taking fare for AC bus but AC was not working at all. Bed sheet was not washed. The most pathetic bus.
