β β β β β Please do not use this travel agent.I was supposed to board a bus at 10.30pm, the agent said that the bus is broken-down and will send another bus at 12.30am.I waited at the pick up point but didn't receive any call from them, neither were they receiving any calls from me.

β β β β β It's pickup point in Swargate for the buses going to Bengaluru.
Pickup van will start from here and will take to Katrej, where the bus boarding is done.

β β β β β Worst service. I visit the place at morning and inquire for ticket in volvo. But the person sitting on counter told me to call after 4 pm and will take booking. I particularly inquiried whether they will take phone booking. He said yes. When I called at 4 pm they were very rude and without giving any details disconnected call. After that I called 3 to 4 times but to no answer. I would suggest avoid .... Avoid .

β β β β β Once upon a time they were giving a good and cheaper service than the state transport but not anymore! Most of the buses are not on time and you have to wait a lot for your bus... It can be very tiring and exhaustive.

β β β β β The agents totally ruined my itinerary. My experience dates back to March 6 2014. I booked a bus from them which was supposed to leave at 3:00 PM but got delayed. I was suffering from dysuria and kidney stones and the delay made me restless. Moreover when the drop bus took me and the other passengers at the bus depot, no one knew which bus we were supposed to board. It caused a lot of trouble and frustration to the passengers. Since they were not leaving even after 5:00 PM, I decided to stay back in a hotel nearby. If you honour your time and peace of mind then avoid this travel company at any cost!!!
Travel by the State Transport buses instead.
