★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 star for it's on time service i.e pick up and drop to the destination ..Else I suggest Ambaari Dream Class of KSRTC .it is true in class..VRL or any other are just substitutes but never the First Choice.

VRL travel is worst service i have ever seen, I was waiting for bus from one hour and no response neither from call point boarding manager.. even they don't share driver details neither live location..
Still I am waiting for Bus while commenting.
Pune to Nagpur (Operator PNR: 674SZNQ3)

Vehicle was not clean and there was break down in between journey.So, we have to book a private cab @12am at night to reach to pune and after I heard from other passanger that they have to stay @ breakdown point for another 6 hrs.abd they reached pune next day @5pm. So, the travel time was 23 hrs to reach pune.
All the busses are old and they are not maintained properly.

They don't have proper management of time
