★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They stop bus mid-night, early morning to take passengers from bus stand, and when asked why are they wasting everyone's time and sleep, they are extremely rude to respond.
Lights were not working in the bus.
Bus was smelling.
Route use - Pune to Ichalkaranji.
Suggest to go by state bus rather than use this carrier, you'll be more happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is on Satara Road itself. Easily accessible from Swarget Bus Stand.
However there are no benches or seating area for waiting until travels come. Neither there is any shade to stand inside.
Service by the agency is poor. Drivers don't bother to call you if you fail to reach the boarding point on time. Even if you are there, they may leave without picking you up.
Their Travels for Ratnagiri are of quite good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the good travels in Hubli and Pune ,as per my knowledge of use .
From Hubli and Pune -arrival time is exact.No late or delay.
Departure time is dependent on time taken to stop at night for dinner at a place where washroom was clean enough and eatables can be purchased from that rest stop place for half an hour but charges of food items were costly.
SV Nakoda has great potential for being best in future if it take cares if customer service a bit more.
Bus tracking is not available sometime.
Sleeper beds are clean ,white bedsheets .
No AC,get your own needs and blankets.
Windows working .
Be on time .
They will call you just 5 min before they depart ,call the driver or bus incharge well before if stuck in traffic so that they will wait for you for 5 more minutes only if in case it's late because of traffic at some time at some places for few people ,not one.
In all,Good to go for this rather than Vrl or other travels.
Cost of bus charge is okay.
