The Pune - Goa bus left on time and within 5 mins their AC stopped working it took them 3 hours to fix it delay of 3 hours at the start of the trip then when we reached Panjim they changed our bus to take us to Madgoan without any valid reason.
We got the same bus while coming back from Goa to Pune and the bus stopped working at 3 in mid night and they changed the bus again.
Apparently they had a weeks time to fix the bus but they didn't.
The lights on the seats are not working.
Changing the bus mid way every freaking time is so inconvenient.
The next bus we were moved into was already used by other passanger and it was not clean or sanitized properly during the Covid time we felt really unhygienic to seat on those seats.
I would recommend to go with other traveller's as the amount they charged us for VIP class was not worth it it's way to expensive and we ended up with third class experience!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus driver and conductor are collaborating with police to raid their own bus.. then they took all your alcoholic stuffs with fine and share with each other.. very bad experience never travel with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic experience the driver and the conductor felt like goons the way they were talking and staring to all female was just scary... the bus was also so unhygienic that it was really hard to even sit on it... i would prefer purple prasana over this anyday... NO GIRL OR WOMEN SHOULD TRAVEL FROM THIS BUS ITS VERY UNSAFE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sleeper bus from Pune to Goa. Bus was in good condition. It started on time. Drivers and attendant were cooperative.
Update on 18 Dec 2021: Bus started on time (19:30) from Chinchwad and failed to start near vaibhavwadi. No alternate arrangement was done even after 3 hrs. Finally reached Sawanwadi at 11:15 am and at Panaji probably at 13.30. This kind of delay is totally unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was very poor. Let me share my frustratating experience with you. They left my bag along with other parcels at different location. And I got to know about this afterwards when I reach my drop off point. I had to go back and pick up my baggage on my own, no assistance was provided even though it was totally their fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving rating 1. They all are fraud in online and offline booking. They show that they give you a AC Volvo but when you reach there they told you that we have volvo bus in non AC and there is misunderstanding with all of the customer who book bus as an volvo ac sleeper,and even they don't agree to refund or change the bus. In my bus all passengers are facing the same issue. And the staff of "ASHRAY TRAVELS" they said that this is not our problem or you have to travel on this bus or else leave. And I think this is the daily routine of them. So I request you all to not travel in "ASHRAY TRAVELS" or they fools all of us on daily basis. And if any customer is reading this and
faced same issue then repot it and give them a proper review and share your experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good things first. Bus was on time at Margao. Now the bad things. The sheets are not washed. I saw the helper of the bus just do all the beds with the same sheets that people slept on last night. The sheets have stains everywhere. Wonder if they are ever washed! The plastic mat on the floor was wet ( must have been washed with running water but wasn’t clean) so when I removed my shoes to climb upto my berth my feet were wet and muddy. The driver and helper speak to people like they are transporting animals with no respect for anyone.
