★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service provided. Bus engine stop in travel even drive says this bus is first time on road after lock down. And we book AC travels and they give us non AC slow travel for Kolhapur trip . Please do not book any tri very bad experience.
Take 9 hours to reach Kolhapur they taking passengers on road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed.Experience was on 6 Apr 2022 ,12.30 pm bus from Ichalkaranji to Swargate,Pune.Bus no is MH09 CV 1499.Bus condition is not good.Seats are not comfortable.Some handles are broken. There is water likage on seat when rains outside.When complained staff said, if rains outside, there would be lekage and they cannot do anything.They asked me to change seat.I booked seat online.To change seat, I have to go to last seat.They take several stops. From Ichalkaranji to Karad normally it takes 1.5 hours.Bus took 4 hours.No one should travel using this bus.It reached swargate by 8.30 pm.Given time was 7.30 pm
