★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services for cargo booking. Take things at own convenience without informing recipients about delays or alternate connections, even in case of perishable items. On top of everything, rude behaviour of the owner and staff makes recipients feel that world runs on their mercy.
Pathetic experience.
