★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travelled from Ratnagiri to Pune in Non AC seater bus of Navalai Travels. Bus started and reached in time. We were not happy with Rest stop,very poor hygiene and bad ladies toilets. Bus strated from Ratnagiri at 9 Pm and rest stop was taken at 1.30 am at night, this is senseless decision from travel company. We were not happy and aged Females were struggling to use the bad and slippery toilet. Travel company need to improve on this immediately.Also staff behavior was not up to the mark, not at all customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled with them for first time in 2016. Since then haven't boarded other bus. Polite and timely service is hallmark of Navalai. Be it peak travel time like Ganapati Festival or Diwali Time our weekend seat was always kept reserved for us. Post Covid time Travel company is taking every precaution for the safety of pasangers. limited no of passengers, temp checks, provision of sanitizer handgloves and masks to every pasanger. Staff was also wearing masks and gloves entire time. Bus was well sanitised before journey begins. Highly recommended for people travelling to and from Kokan to pune mumbai

My suggestion please Don't choose this one you will waste your money.
We have booked our travel ,they did not even contacted on time and when we called them they don't even bothered to answer our calls and on last moment they have switched off there mobile.we lost our money too. And on last moment in middle of night we choose other travel service.
Will not suggest to go with them at all please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was many times travel by Navalai travels , feel very relaxing and cleanliness environment and buses ware in good condition
But now days buses condition are very bad , not suspension. feeling very tired after traveling, last time i was travelled @October 2021 and pune to ratnagiri journey taken totally 12 hours
