★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst construction quality and service I have ever seen. I have purchased a flat from utkarsha builtcon which is sister company of prathamesh builders, 2 years back. The quality of material , plumbings and interior material is very bad and not durable. That to they give a glorified picture of their services and facilities which are actually not worth. And one more worst point I must mention is , after sale service of the builder is very bad. You as a customer need to chase them for many small things. And they give false and fake promises of their service delivery (even did not follow their time boundness). The only plus point is the location of their sites.
My strong recommendation is not to go with this builder.
I have repentance of purchasing the flat from them.
