★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They replace items even though it's not required. Like gear oil etc., they takes advantage of customers being less knowledgeable. They says if you don't replace it you scooter warranty will null and void.

I went their for servicing and insurance claim, but the person Vikas started showing their own thinking and denied to provide insurance claim. He didn't even forwarded the concern to the survey team of Bajaj.

Even the servicing expected was not accomplished.. A big zero to them. Wish I could give them zero star..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of bike service in this center. I paid 3500rs for our new bike... They need 500rs for bike service and 200rs seperately need for chain cleaning so what do you do in service....spray oil for chain charged 200rs.
I changed the disk paid, even after that, he put the amount of disk paid cleaning.
Their employees behave very badly with costumers specially job card maker.
Actually this center is Globus Honda Loot center...
Please don't go here if you don't want to waste your money.. Only fake bills are made here, these people do nothing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Manager Sahil available at the location who is whole responsible for everything.Nobody is doing anything without his approval.
Making job card from him,was the biggest challenge for me because he was so so busy with multiple customers knocking him simultaniously.
Head service mechanic is pardeep who knows his work well, infact evwry mechanic knows his work well but it depends on your timing and owner's management how smartly they are dealing with customers.
My scooty Activa 125 failed in starting by self so I had to visit there. TOOK 40 min just to get Job card created by Sahil, After that 1 hours for new battery replacement and kick smoothing activity.Estimatr was 1500 and final bill was 1580.
My advice is to be rigid and very attentive at place during visit.Always be there till whole service duration. I had tried multiple other honda service stations like in rithala, burari, CP still I can assure If you knows how to make youre work done, its the better place than mentioned one.
