★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No 24 hours power Backup is the major Drawback, lift won't work during power breakdown from night after 11.00pm and after 9.00 am in the morning, so difficult during emergency. Moreover the watchman is the worst person I have every seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to stay. The owners here are not good and the security guy Somshekar is an annoying person. Many of the tenants have left because of lot of irrelevant disciplines which actually makes you feel disturbed staying here. Post complaining to the owners as well, there is no solution to the same. Kindly avoid staying in this apartment.
