Few suggestions for Mr. Anand Ayyadurai, Mr.Sanchit Mittal And Mr. B Padmanabhan.
1). Kindly check onto the operational aspect of the app, if you can make it light as many a times in certain Vogo Rental Points it doesn't work due to network issue. App has glitches and doesn't book or end ride seamlessly. One such area is the Vogo Rental Service Point-: Near Barbeque Nation, Neeladri Nagar. Phase-I, Electronic City. Bangalore. Another point is Vogo Rental Service-: White Field.
Many Vogo Users faces issues at the time of booking also while ending the ride. And I am sure if you carry out a survey on these and other smaller concerns you would get to know many other issues which is yet to reach your ears.
2). Request The CMD, CTO & COO Mr. Anand Ayyadurai, Mr.Sanchit Mittal And Mr. B Padmanabhan to do random sample checking of engine condition, brakes and servicing of the bikes as I had gone through issues and hurdles during long rides.
3) The CS Team(Customer Support) is not supportive at distress and leave the users clueless in awkward scenarios.
They way Vogo helped me in daily needs equally I also became helpless when I faced technical issues with the bike in the middle of the ride at peak hours of the day.
I would request the admin deptts to be proactive as its a business with human life and not merely Vogo Rentals only. After all accidental insurance or a term plan won't replace a human life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One and only vogo bike rentals at Neeladri. These people are doing a great job by providing bikes on rentals. It attracts a good crowd as it is convenient and cheap. If the management considering to have a shed for bikes, it will be grateful. Initially they started with fewer bikes, but when they learned that it was a hit, some more bikes were introduced... Which is a welcome change. Anytime bike's are available. One of the good thought process put into practicality.
