And I would definitely recommend them. Additionally they have flights with ZERO Cancelation and Changes Fees which helps us save a large amount due to last minute travel plan changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go explore team , you guys are true Travel experts , what a customisation done for our tour to Himachal, very few travel agency who cares what the best suited hotel fo the family over some cost , you guys have made my family very happy , everytime we speak about our tour we remember the team behind this amazing memories , thanks Bhavna for the superlative arrangement at a best cost effective way.
One best part happened to bus was the driver who was with us for the entire tour and became like our family member , a Big thank you again Bhavna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My association with Go Explore Pvt Ltd started when I had organized a group tour of 28 ladies on a 10 day tour to Melbourne, Gold Coast and Sydney in Australia with them.
A very well arranged trip. Got to do so much sight seeing yet it was so relaxed. All the ladies were from 40 to 75 age group and my major concern was their well being and safety added with most enjoyable and value for money trip.
We are all members of Inner wheel international organization and our trip is always business mixed with pleasure so the way they set our itinerary suited us appropriately.
After our Australia trip, almost all our trips were organised by Go Explore.... Gopalpur by the sea, Udaipur - Mt. Abu and nearby places, Goa, Mahabaleshwar, Pune and so on.
I hope there will be many more places added to the list in future and truly wish that our association go a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Go-Explore for our end of the year family vacation to Kerala last year (2019). The duration of the tour was for 4 nights 5 days, starting from Allepey (backwaters) to Munnar to Kochi. The signs were always there from the very beginning for us to avoid Go-Explore, but we chose to give them the benefit of doubt. For example, there was a mix-up in the dates we requested and the dates finalized by the travel agent. The itinerary was shared with us on the last day of departure to Kerala.
The Trip:
The first day of the tour was delightful as we stayed in boat house and was in back waters of Allepey, however, it would have been nice if the tour coordinator would have given a heads up about carrying board games / other mode of entertainment, since there was not much to do, especially once the boat got docked in the evening.
Second day onwards we spent maximum time in the tempo-traveler to go to Munnar. The vehicle was very uncomfortable (our backs hurt still) and it took us about 10 hours to reach Munnar, for a route of approximately 5 hours, due to traffic and bad-roads. It was clear that Go-Explore didn’t invest anytime vetting the itinerary, as anyone familiar with Kerala’s tourist spots should have foreseen this time-consuming journey and warned us ahead of time.
Poor planning from Go-Explore was the case throughout the trip, as we spent majority of our time travelling in the (uncomfortable) tempo-traveler, stuck in traffic and missed almost all of the attractions mentioned in the itinerary.
The hotel/food:
Our expectations from this trip was to enjoy an authentic Kerala experience, in terms of the cuisine and accommodations. However, to our dismay, all of the hotels provided to us were truly disappointing, as the food being served was primarily North-Indian.
The driver:
The driver was okay until we followed his suggestions about places to eat and route to follow, however, he was unresponsive and pretty arrogant in following any of our requests and at times took us to restaurants/attractions that were clearly not what we had requested.
The tipping point was go explore people did not do any thing to improve our holiday after numerous and constant complaint.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THE TRAVEL AGENCY !

I have words of praise for the teams eye for details and Professionalism. The trip was smooth and hassle free due to Bhavna.
Any minor issues were efficiently tackled by her instantaneously. Hope our next trip will be through them also. Their packages are pocket friendly. Will suggest readers to try them and enjoy.
