★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my Godrej appliances have proved worthless. Washing machine has broken down 3 times since purchase a year ago. Air Conditioner has completely given up in a years time. I have spent considerable amounts on service of these appliances. The service technicians admit as well that the quality of the products is poor. Trust in Godrej is lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Godrej refrigerator in 2016. Ever since then I have had very bad experience with their service/customer care staff at the Vikroli office.
I renewed the AMC for my fridge in March 2020, and gave a cheque. Suddenly on Sunday, 2nd August, 3 different people called me starting evening, telling that the AMC was not valid, and if I did now want trouble in case the fridge had any issues, I should purchase a new AMC at twice the amount.
I have written a mail with a copy of the AMC receipt attached, but there is no reply to it.
I keep getting calls at random times, from any random people asking me when I will renew my AMC. But they won't answer my email. Even on phone they are quite unprofessional, especially one Mr. Bhandari, who told me to do whatever I could, but they wouldn't accept the AMC.
Buying a Godrej refrigerator was a huge mistake, hope I can stop others from doing the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled a service to get the window AC repaired as it was not working. Mumbai service support team scheduled technician visit to my place in Madurai. Supervisor Technician visited charged 500rs for visiting and said estimate will be sent. Mentioned fan is not working and display had some issues due to which unit had to be taken to their service place. Gave an estimate for 5000rs. Wasn't convinced and called a neighborhood technician to check. He came in the same day, opened the unit to find the bird nest sticks inside the unit which was stuck between fan blades. Cleaned it up and installed it back and working fine as usual.
