★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lalit Mangalji is an outstandingly sensitive and helpful person who runs this place. I needed a Slimline almirah delivered quickly after an equally quick whats app chat with him. I had already visited the store to order a dining table, where I had already found him responsive, amiable and that rarest of things today - attentive to customer need without overpitching.
In less than a day, he not only expedited delivery of the product, he got it assembled at the showroom and got it home delivered. I had requested him for this as I had a personal need to avoid the mess delivery fellows and assembly fellows make on different days of placing an order.
On receiving the product dusted and assembled, I called up to complement him and said, ' This is the Godrej we respect and thank you, as Delhi service can often feel gender insensitive and just customer blind. My complements to him and young sales folk can learn a lot from his attentiveness. Well done!
