★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a sofa set, study table and chairs, a shoe cabinet from Godrej Interio, Godrej Bhavan, Okhla. Sales personnel was cooperative, patient and encouraging to choose the right product, delivery and installation was prompt which was done the same day when the furniture was delivered. We're very much satisfied with the sales, delivery and installation teams.
One suggestion, Godrej Interio can include in their collection more wooden coffee tables of single colour that I wanted but couldn't find there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t buy the Godrej Interio furniture either from first or second sale!! They even don’t reply after sale.
They are so Arrogant after looting my Hard earn money that they are reluctant to answer basic questions… I am Writing this after trying to reach them via Twitter, Facebook, online call center after 5 months.
Their salesperson (Sudhir Mishra – Okhla, Delhi Second sales) has no information about their product, they sold me the Godrej almirah (almost few bucks less than the fresh one) without two locker keys. At home when it was not opened, I immediately called him for the issue. then he assured that…sir… it will open with the same keys…please try…, after trying so many times… when it was not opened…then he arranged the call back with technician who said it is not possible, it must have its own unique keys which you have to purchase again with Godrej with the cost INR 2500 (approx.). The technician told me that in second sales it is not possible,
When I contacted to salesperson, he said it is very new product for me so I didn’t understand it that it has separate keys, so, I cannot do anything for you.
So, Now I had it all, now its my turn to aware this to the public, that what can happen to you when you make any mistake while purchasing Godrej Interio Product from either of their store (first or second sale)

The products are slightly defective, due to wear & tear, Loading unloading.
