★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible management and customer experience. Manager forgot that I had paid full amount for the cupboard while booking. Asks me to pay again on the day of delivery.
Finally when I showed him the proofs and escalated the matter to the main branch, they agreed to deliver it.
But that was not the end. They delivered it with a dent. I have been following up with them for a replacement past 10 days with no luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always the godrej trust is always there for any type of home needs be it cubbard, beds, sofa and kitchen interiors. They have it all and the quality is not to worry about. It can be little expensive for many people but is worth the investment since they provide good warranty support on their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional ways of dealing with customers. Book product today take it tomorrow. Cannot match online price and so on... However Authentic and genuine products, worth paying extra bucks. May be management need to look into customers orientation and empowerment to employee to take decision on pricing and home delivery of products on same day.
