★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, its been 17 days since i bought an office chair and I've paid for the same as well, yet there hasn't been any sign of a delivery till now. I was told that the item would be delivered in a week or so, but clearly that isn't the case. The owner is super irresponsible and doesn't pick up phone calls or follows up with compliants, total waste of time i would highly recommend not to buy any product from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though featherlite products are good the people working there in the outlet are awfully slow and are not true to their word. The chair was supposed to be delivered on Monday and when it did, the guy told me to call him and they will send someone to assemble it. But when I called no one picked up for an hour and I visited the shop only to find out that it was CLOSED (ut was around 5pm). I was like why do you commit a day when you were thinking of closing the shop? They don't even have a courtesy to call me back.
TL;DR get featherlite chairs but NOT from this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a chair from them. Their service is slow. They don't provide reliable updates to order statuses. They give generic answers to questions about delivery. Apparently they don't have details about what's in their godown. Very disappointed at their service.
EDIT: The clowns were so incompetent they delivered the wrong chair and then came to take it back. Utterly incompetent buffoons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is awful. Until received the money they give all kinds of assurances. But once the payment is done, the attitude completely changes. If you are calling them for delivery (which got postponed from the date they had promised) they stop receiving your calls.
