Visited the new location of FFDS aundh for the first time post lockdown today.
The staff and service is good as always & the infrastructure is the best I have seen so far in FFDS. The new location is even more convenient than earlier one. Wishing them all the very best for the new innings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to The Four Fountains Spa couple of days back and it was a good experience. I had never been to a spa before but was always eager to visit one. It started with the kind and friendly smiles at the reception and ended with complete satisfaction. Their ambiance is simple, but hygienic and clean. My therapist was good and I was happy with the massage. The doctor helped me learn about my stress level and how can I take control of it. They offered me green tea after the therapy which was something I liked. Prices are within your means such that a common can dream of relaxing at spas. All in all, worth a second visit!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting ff aundh branch since more than 5 years. Today was my visit after lockdown in new location seasons hotel. As always service was good and there were no issues. After talking to Anoop, the manager there, what I understood was all four fountains branches of pune are now franchisees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of theirs for almost 7-8 years now at the Aundh branch and was excited to return to them at the new location at the Seasons Square. I was given an appointment for 9-10 am session. I am posting a review from the location at 9.15 am. Utterly disappointed the spa had not even opened its doors and I am still waiting outside. There is no response from the customer care number and after some communication lame excuses were offered.
Highly unprofessional service especially at such times when the industry is facing issues, makes me wonder about their professionalism. If a business gives an appointment for 9 am I assume Atleast their support staff should open the place and sanitise it by 8.30 am!
Update: The concerned person calls me back at 9.25 am and after discussions tells me how he did me a favour by giving a 9 am appointment. (This is certainly not how you behave in a professional industry)
