★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services ever.Once the payment is done ,no one is bothered.you buy furniture worth lakhs.every single item have faults.past one month Mr.Deepak is making a fool of us.Sent 2 doors for three soor almirah,dresser is a completely faulty piece.these people don't pick your phone for days,no response,no seriousness.they keep saying that your furniture will come tomorrow...but you just keep watching.ABIG DISSAPOINTMENT.I M still waiting for issues to get resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option to give 0 stars i would. Really bad experience post purchase. Everything was good till the payment was done. As soon as the product was removed from the cardboard box we noticed thar a defective piece was sent. Following up with customer service and then with the godrej team themselves was a nightmare. They insisited that we should get the problem fixed as the product was under warranty and we insisted that the money be returned or that the piece be replaced in its entirety. After almost a little more than a month the piece was replaced. The piece replaced was covered with carton but upon opening we noticed a lot of dust that had caused the color of the product to fade. This was the time when Omicron was high and cse the product was purchased for Sr. Citizens we just gave up and they kept this faulty product. Post this experience also we got many calls asking us to share the customer sat code that comes in SMS. Inspite of telling that we will not share we continued to receive calls.
Another experience to share is regarding refurbishing the old Godrej wardrobes by painting. This was an even worse experience. On receiving the product we noticed a lot of hairs sticking on the freshly painted product as if the painting was done on open ground next to a hair cutting salon. They did spray painting which had not reached most places. They take 15k for one wardrobe, we had 2. Having paid so much, we finally asked them to get us the paint color and after about 3 months now, we still find places where we have to apply the paint freshly. I am not talking about touch ups, we actually find paint missing and have to apply the first coat. When we had complained and they came for inspection, the guy said "corona ke wajeh se sab acche painters wapas apne ghar gaye hain". In this case they shld have told us that they dont have the labourers and will get back once they have full staffing. At the end we got cheated by a "reputed" brand and we learnt a lesson. These jobs were done for my parents, we had a new house to furnish and were planning to use Godrej for the kitchen and general furniture. Not anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Godrej interior is not having a lot of variety but yes you can get something similar to your taste they give Warrenty also this place is on the main road, parking available. Ground floor doesn’t have much option first floor does have. They didn’t have locker options just furnitures. Staffs are friendly and helpful also have proper knowledge about their product. They have good variety of Woredrobes if you are looking for one.
