No regard for the time of customers
No proper follow up .
They have freshers ar RM who have no basic knowledge and no sense of responsibility.
Once you have booked a flat , you have to fend for yourself.
You have to send them reminders whereas it should be the other way around discount and extra s are word of mouth no confirmation on email.sad and bad others
