★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of Godrej product is awesome, but the technicians they sent for assembling they should be more trained. Once I made a complain regarding defective chair seat, they replaced, but with defective one. I don't know how this kind of quality comes to market, how does it passed quality check?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with these guys. They supplied me broken furniture. When I emailed them and Godrej, with photographs, a person called me from Girnar (the Godrej Interio in Kharagpur) and shouted at me for contacting Godrej.
First supply broken furniture and when your customer suggests that shout at him/her, way to go guys!
I am still waiting for the replacement that I am supposed to get, will increase a couple of stars if at least that is done.
