★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say sir,but you are really a nice person and a great principal.Sir, for you every colleague is equal without any impartiality that the quality of the leader .kindly try to retain it sir. If you are running a business you should have the etiquette,ethics and morality for all without any doubt .You should stand with your colleague without any doubt and the same goes for your family also..as you also know who is wrong but you keep silent at that time wheather that is right sir? When you hire any employee you are not only hiring that particular individual you are hiring his/her entire family without any discrimination and then the business grows at par..
If in business caste,creed,religions came na sir the business never grows..I know you are nice but atleast you should have the guts to speak during anything wrong..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very fact that the owner has to ask for the details of the reviewers or their wards with a dislike for the school as if to threaten action is in itself a justification of for the narcissistic mind set and the toxic culture of the institution. The place seems devoid of morality and reeks of foolish management. I expected an institute head to be the golden standard of calm headed, all accepting and problem solving approchable individual. I am sorry Mr. Owner, its not for me to teach you how to run your institution but the kind of replies couldn't inspire confidence in me. I am sorry again if I did offend you, have a good day
