★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of Sleepwell "Dignity" mattresses from GOEL RUBBER INDIA PVT. LTD with an expectation of a good quality mattress coming from a renowned brand. However, just after six months of buying these mattresses I started noticing Sagging issues which is increasing by time and now it’s almost at a point where it’s impossible to sleep on it. I have reached out to customer care and the shopkeeper several times with no solution yet. In fact, Sleepwell customer service puts the call on hold and then drop off without providing any answer. I registered the first complaint with Sleepwell after six months of purchase and even today (approximately 2+ years) I am just chasing the customer service and the shopkeeper with no solution.
I am providing all the details regarding my purchase and my contact details with a hope that Sleepwell will provide me a solution either by replacing these mattresses or issuing me a full refund. Overall a VERY DISAPPOINTING experience with these Poor Quality Mattresses and Customer Service.
