★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suggest don't take any loan from this bank.Very poor response Legal department doesn't know how to check documents. Mr. Amit Gupta(Branch head)and Vinay singh(credit head), Shalendra works at Rajouri garden branch doesnot know how to support clients , always they try to give pressure on clients when they have their own mistake. After doing wrong with clients they don't take any apologies. Just for making clients they give wrong commitment to their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't comment on the bank for now but the guard/doorman do really need to learn some basic etiquettes. Try to keep your guard down as he may humiliate you to point where patience is the only key to survive your day. Have a good time entering bank !
