★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt service with wide variety of options and genuine photos of properties available for rent. Their filter criteria of suggesting options is very professional after having understood the requirement, without engaging in useless visits or keeping you in the dark about what properties to show and neither do they approach or consult other agents, which is a common phenomenon to show properties, which just delays the process of visiting and finalising a deal. So transition and transparency while dealing with them is whats stands them apart. Wish we could get more professional people like Golanis. Keep up the good work and thank you for the prompt service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a leave for visiting PGs but completely lost 4 hrs to nothing, solely because Mr. R. Golani is not a man of his words, let alone his arrogance and sugar-coated speech.
Also, I was told to be 'proactive' as I had to turn back from the property gates, because Mr. R. Golani did not communicate all the necessary information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever.the property they provided us doesn't stand on the same terms and conditions they told earlier before and after moving in property the owner of the property makes new terms and conditions with additional price on every service and facilities and when after this if you contact this fake and pathetic broker,they just don't response at all.all they do is take full month rent as brokerage and after taking month one rent they just ignore you like you never visited them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally hopeless. Staff doesnt know how to talk. Staff tells me...i cannot show you any option u till you come and visit our office. Such a bad tone. She was not inviting me to her office rather saying come in person only after we are sure that you are genuine...i ll take interest in you. Who the hell talks like that to a client...i wanted to shift within a month...needless to add .she lost a client. Infact after this review i dont know how many more...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were friendly but misleading. For 1 BHK flat, i was shown one room flat which was completely different from the picture that was shown to me. Also no apologies received! They convinced me that they show only genuine pictures and they took it themselves. They need to practise what they preach, these would make improvement in the over all experience and improve review.
