★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience ever coming here. The lady who assisted us was Shweta in kamakya branch. She did purity check and said our gold was 19crt and again she did and mentioned few items are 18crt(god only knows if it's true or not?), she calculated and mentioned the final price as 2.30lakhs, we were confused and asked her to recalculate, I found a mistake and showed her, she started calculating again and said the final price as 3.68lakhs. We were confused again. Later she asked us to fill the form, she called a person to bring the cash and even asked me to give good rating and comment here. I did. Later after making us wait for half an hour, she called us again and mentioned that she has done a mistake and now the final amount is 2.41lakhs. She gave many excuses as they will reduce 2 grams for stones, service charges, extra amount for bill etc... She kept on calling a person every 2 mins and was asking for a final price when we didn't accept for 2.41lakhs. She was not ready to give the explanation but started defending her calculations are correct even though she committed mistakes thrice. I don't know whom she was on the phone every time when we questioned her. Who is that decision maker? And on what basis they confirm the final price ? Do they take comission by fooling us? We waited for around 1.5 hours because of her stupid mistakes but the person who brought the cash was not even ready to wait for 10mins until we complete the negotiation. Anyhow we were in desperate need of money and these guys take a good advantage of that. I hope this lady and the one in the phone would have got a good commission amount by fooling us. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Please don't go here. They just fool you for money. It's better you sell your gold from where you initially bought them. I am very disappointed ?
