Gold's Gym Ghodbunder Thane - Thane

Gym is excellent with good amenities and equipments are well maintained which is the most important highlight!

The temperature of the gym is crazy chilling- ALL the AC's are at 16 degrees : so even when one would sweat they simply cannot. Basic funda of gym is to burn and built: but with temperature like this- sweating is just impossible- specially during winters- it is not required- 22 or 23 degrees would work fine...... this is the only reason i have given it a 3 or it would have been most definite 5. Equipment's are amazing- the Sunrise view of the gym is so refreshing and beautiful- Employees are highly professional and courteous, the gym is super clean and hygienic with good music system and trainers too- Super osm batch of Zumba and yoga- Worth all the money paid !!. One should join in

Naam bade Dharshan chote.... I have my free session but they aren't allowing for that. It seems during covid times they will not allow for free trials. I disagree since I was a Cult member and never I have been questioned for taking trial or membership. This issue is always there with GOLD GYM... KINDLY IMPROVE YOURSELF BECAUSE IF WE ARE FULLY VACCINATED AND WITH UNIVERSAL PASS THESE PETTY EXCUSES WONT WORK.

I had joined GOLD'S GYM thinking it's a good brand & thought it would be a great place for my workouts , but i was disappointed with the infrastructure inside the gym. The weight training area is smaller than a kids pre-school play area.There is a Trainer who works out in his duty time & the floor is left with no Trainer. The Trainer does not rack the weights back on the racks , infact it's kept lying around for a while which causes a lot of inconvenience to the members. The worst part is the GOLD'S GYM has put up boards all over the gym about many things like racking weights , using towels etc. But the Trainer does not adhere to the same. There is a board in the gym which says No Videography allowed & this Trainer is continuously making videos to upload on social media , this might lead to discomfort of many members especially the female members who are working out , I had informed the gym manager about the same but she (the gym manager) says it is fine as it will help them make publicity of their gym , that was really a ridiculous answer which came from the gym manager , if they need such cheap publicity then why have they have put up such boards in their gym. The floor trainers are mostly occupied with the head trainer when the head trainer is working out , the trainer's are not bothered if there are members around. They only be with the head trainer for giving him support & make videos of him working out which is a absolute NO NO as per the rules. The head trainer is an absolutely arrogant & ill mannered person , who has no decency to handle clients. In short the GOLD'S GYM , GHODBUNDER ROAD , THANE is not interested in improving the quality of service they offer , hence they are giving REFUND to members. I really don't understand , the members are paying the GYM fees to see the trainer's workouts or for themselves. No proper Music is played , no handwash in the washrooms , air-conditoners not working since a month , no air fresheners , unclean changing rooms & bench with fungus. The head Trainer said the Owner has invested 3 crores for setting up the GOLD'S GYM & surprisingly they don't have funds for air fresheners & hand wash. I would not be surprised if they put up their so called boards asking members to get hand wash from home. The GOLD'S gym reception is always with members complaining & abusing them as the Management is absolutely ridiculous. The Manager says the Owner doesn't give them money for getting petty things like hand wash etc. There is no provision for inverter in the gym as when there are sudden power cuts , members might accidentally fall from the treadmill , which might lead to serious injuries , anyways the GOLD'S GYM Ghodbunder road , is least bothered for the members safety.The Management is not interested in improving the gym. The changing rooms can accommodate just 2-3 members. There is a water problem in the gym , many a time there is no water in the washrooms , which leads to a stinky place. The above issues are highlighted & also informed by me to the corporate person who comes for a routine supervision every month to the Gold's gym , but of no use , as he also seems not interested in improving anything in the gym. The head trainer at GOLD'S GYM , GHODBUNDER ROAD is not up to the mark & definately needs some training on how to present himself before the members. I have uploaded some pictures of the GYM with weights lying around & fungus on bench. THE MEMBERS RACK THE WEIGHTS WHILE THE TRAINER'S THROW IT AROUND THE PLACE , I KNOW IT'S WEIRD BUT THIS IS HOW THEY FUNCTION. The GOLD'S GYM in Dosti Imperia , GHODBUNDER ROAD is an absolute disaster. In all a very disappointing experience with GOLD'S GYM in Dosti Imperia , ghodbunder road branch. The whole GOLD'S GYM staff has been changed thrice within 6 months. Think twice before joining rather think ten times before joining as later on I am sure you will regret. GOLD'S GYM IN DOSTI IMPERIA , GHODBUNDER ROAD IS AN ABSOLUTE DISSAPPOINTMENT. Regret ??????

Its not GOLD GYM ITS GOLD PLATED GYM, worst experience since last 5 months , Ac is not working , bags are not available for new members, Gym manager is not taking care of anything ? Please join local or vyayam shala insted of Gold gym , worst experience after many complaints no one can take any action

Gym is very nice and a positive Atmosphere Trainer is very good specially SAGAR DESAI .Very good body and knowledge also. They provide proper training to every clients. Overall I am so happy to joint gold's Gym My decision to joint this gym was absolutely right.

Gym is good personally sagar Desai is a very good Head trainer. Not only physical but knowledge the way of attention etc. Gym is very hygiene and good quality of machine.

Excellent gym. Good equipments and trainers, spacious layout and ample parking space. Members are courteous and disciplined.
